I’ve recently started to stretch when I get up in the morning, I don’t do anything crazy but my lower back hurts sometimes from sitting a good portion of the day (and my cat sleeps on my back/side…) so I wanted to start stretching it in the morning. This is just a little bit of what I do, and I think it makes a good set because you can see just how much my belly hangs in different positions. Sometimes it’s a struggle because of my belly, but it’s a fun challenge I like having!
